At Dreamly.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we sell fresh mangoes, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order.

Fresh Produce Notice

Mangoes are natural agricultural products. Minor variations in size, colour, sweetness, ripeness, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Fresh mangoes sold under final sale collections are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or there is a verified quality issue.

Damaged or Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos for review.

After verification, Dreamly.pk may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

depending on the nature of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified error, damage, or quality issue on our side.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
